JUDGE ISSUES GAG ORDER IN MANAFORT & GATES CASE

The judge in the Paul Manafort case issued a limited gag order on their attorneys today. This is to mitigate the media circus that is being fed by “leaks” from the defense.

MIKE FLYNN WORRIES ABOUT HIS SON’S LEGAL TROUBLES

CNN reports that Mike Flynn is in deep shit, and so is his son. I’ve talked about this a few times recently, and it’s nice to see a quick turnaround on one of Louise’s stories.

This builds the narrative that has been on the Rumor Mill for a while; Flynn flipped to save his son’s life. Both of them are looking at espionage charges, which carries the death penalty. Building this narrative that Flynn is worried about his son preps the masses for his turning states evidence against Donald Trump.

CBO SAYS GOP TAX BILL WILL ADD $1.7 TRILLION TO DEFICIT OVER NEXT DECADE

The Congressional Budget Office has scored the GOP tax bill, and it’s bad. It will add $1.7 trillion to the deficit by 2027.

COREY RECALLS DETAILS EMAILS AND CONTACTS WITH CARTER PAGE AFTER HAVING “MEMORIES REFRESHED”

Following Carter Page’s epic bus throwing under last week, Corey Lewandowski, former Campaign Manager for Donald Trump, suddenly remembered his emails with the Sheldon Cooper of Treason.

He said that he told Carter he could go to Russia on a personal trip, but he’s not representing the campaign.

I hate Corey. Out of everyone in this scandal, I might hate him the most for a completely irrational reason that I’ll get into later. So says Cinna the Poet.

ROGER STONE BEGS FOR DONATIONS TO HIS LEGAL FUND

Couldn’t have happened to a nicer person.

Roger Stone is out begging for donations to cover his legal bills of half a million dollars.

Maybe he shouldn’t have worked with Russian hackers to edit and distribute stolen emails.

RUSSIA BARS SOME CANADIANS IN RESPONSE TO MAGNITSKY ACT

Canada caught Russia off guard with the speed they passed their Magnitsky list. Normally, Russia tries to negotiate their way out of sanctions, then issue a preemptive list of officials banned from Russia.

Not with Canada.

They were so fast, that by the time they were sending lawyers over to negotiate, Canada was already voting on the bill.

So, Russia issued their banned list of Canadians, made up of the lawyers and legislators that decided to punish Putin and his cronies for their bad behavior.

By the way, Russia has been caught screwing with the Canadian election.

INFOWARS “STOLE” OVER 1000 STORIES FROM RT

BuzzFeed reports that InfoWars, the Alex Jones conspiracy theory site, has copied more than 1,000 stories from RT, formerly known as Russia Today.

They copied stories from dozens of other sites, but RT was far and away the leading victim.

RT claims that they did not give InfoWars permission to use their stories, and they do not have a wire service that they could have taken the stories from.

This gets interesting. Alex Jones has long been a proponent of the Russian narrative, and has appeared on RT several times. He pushes conspiracy theories and propaganda like nobody else.

And he was caught stealing from RT, whose propaganda he peddles.

If they sue him, then if any type of agreement exists, it’ll come out. If they don’t, they look like they’re working with him, and that ties Alex Jones to a known foreign agent.

I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some kind of out of court settlement to make this disappear.

Too bad for Alex, it won’t disappear. He’s been under investigation for a while.

CARTER PAGE IS AN IDIOT

Carter Page is a Fucking Idiot. I touched on this a little yesterday, but Carter Page, the Sheldon Cooper of Treason, testified before the House Intelligence Committee for over 7 hours without an attorney.

During his testimony, he admitted to meeting with members of the Russian Government, informing the campaign of his trips, meeting the head of Rosneft, discussed the sale as mentioned in the Steele Dossier, countered himself multiple times to lead himself into perjury charges, and threw everyone under the bus.

Never testify before Congress without an attorney. Lionel Hutz or Saul Goodman are fictional characters, but still better than representing yourself.

DEMOCRAT RALPH NORTHAM WINS VIRGINIA GOVERNOR RACE, NEW JERSEY GOVERNOR RACE EXPECTED TO GO TO DEMOCRAT PHIL MURPHY

Its shortly after 8:30 PM, and the Virginia Governor race has already been called for Ralph Northam. He was in a bit of an ugly campaign with Ed Gillespie, who took the hard-line, Trumpist approach to immigration, crime, social issues, and the like.

Virginia is an interesting state, that has “shifted blue” over the past decade. Their state Constitution terms limits their Governor to one term at a time.

Something to keep in mind, Virginia changed their voting machines in the past few months, removing the touch screen devices and replacing them with optical scan machines that include a built-in paper trail.

At the time of this writing, the New Jersey Governor race hasn’t been called yet, but it’s very likely pointing to Phil Murphy winning. Chris Christie is term limited, and a political pariah in New Jersey. He’s polling behind car salesman, higher taxes, and some forms of sexually transmitted diseases. So, of course his Lieutenant Governor ran to succeed him.

THE PARADISE PAPERS PUT THE GOP TAX PLAN INTO FOCUS

The GOP Tax Plan helps one group of people: those that already hide their money to avoid paying taxes.

This plan would help people and companies who steal from this country and work with regimes of terror.

You know, criminals.

BANNON USED MERCER MONEY STASHED AWAY TO PUSH AGENDA

Speaking of criminals, here’s a piece about Steve Bannon. He used money stashed offshore by Robert Mercer to push his Nationalist agenda, and create his “vision” for America.

TRUMP SENDS CIA DIRECTOR POMPEO TO MEET ABOUT DEBUNKED CONSPIRACY THEORY

Trump sent the CIA Director to meet with a former NSA whistleblower. Was it about tracking down leaks, or getting a fresh perspective on Russia?

No, it was to try to prop up the Seth Rich story. The same one that has been debunked several times, and that the White House coordinated the release with Fox News to distract from Robert Mueller’s appointment as Special Counselor.

The CIA should never be politicized. The bureaucrats and lifers hate it, and are working to prevent Pompeo from causing permanent harm.

TRUMP MAY HAVE LIED ABOUT TIES WITH RUSSIAN MOBSTER

Surprisingly, Trump lied about knowing Felix Sater. Felix is a known associate of Trump, and the Russians.

And the FBI. Felix has been a long time informant, who has helped take down some Mafia members over the last couple decades.

HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SCHEDULES JEFF SESSIONS TO TESTIFY NEXT TUESDAY

Well, that finally happened. It’s a small move, but could mean that some very large steps are coming in the investigation into Russia.

The only committee that hasn’t dug into Russia has been the House Judiciary. It’s also where Impeachment begins.

THE PARADISE PAPERS TIE COMMERCE SECRETARY WILBUR ROSS TO A COMPANY CO-OWNED WITH VLADIMIR PUTIN’S SON-IN-LAW

Wow. Just, wow. The Paradise Papers.

This is like the sequel to the Panama Papers. I even joked about that yesterday. But this could be even bigger for US Politics.

Wilbur Ross, the Secretary of Commerce, and one shady muthafucka, did not divest himself from all or his assets before taking his cabinet position, nor were they placed into a blind trust. One of those assets, owned by him through four shell companies each named with his initials, is a shipping company called Navigator Holdings. It is a shipping company that specializes in transporting oil and natural gas across the world.

Ross owns a share of this company. As does Kirill Shamalov, Russia’s youngest billionaire.

Never heard of Kirill? What about his wife Katerina Tikhonova?

Still not ringing a bell? Her maiden name is Katerina Putina.

Still not making sense. Ok, Russian names are hard. Here’s a hint. Women in Russia often add an a to their last name. So, take Putina, and drop the a, and you get…

Putin. Yes, that guy. Kirill is Vladimir Putin’s son-in-law, and business parter of Wilbur Ross.

If he just had some shares, that wouldn’t be so bad. But he owns a large percentage of the company, covered it up with 4 shell companies, and DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS TO THE SENATE DURING HIS CONFIRMATION HEARING.

He’s trying to hide this.

I’ve covered his shadiness from his days running the Bank of Cyprus, famous for it’s money laundering, money laundering, and money laundering. This adds to it, and may get the needle moving on him leaving office.

KREMLIN CASH BEHIND LARGE INVESTMENTS INTO TWITTER AND FACEBOOK

Yuri Melner is a Russian billionaire and tech investor. He invested $191 million in Twitter, and over $1 billion into Facebook at their IPO, propping up their valuation enough for them to get through some lean years.

It turns out it wasn’t his money he invested, but that of the Russian Government. The money was given to him from government owned banks like VSB, and they received that from various Oligarchs and government bodies. Milner than took that money, and invested it in the tech giants before they were the giants they are today.

By the way, Yuri is good friends with Jared Kushner. Let that sink in.

MUELER HAS ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO PROSECUTE FLYNN, HAS A PLAN TO DEAL WITH POTENTIAL PARDONS.

Flynn is fucked worse than a drug addicted porn star with severe daddy issues. He’s looking at serious jail time for not registering as a foreign agent, money laundering, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and espionage.

And his son is just as fucked.

Their only chances at not receiving the death penalty is to cooperate with Mueller, or hope for a pardon. Of course, Mueller has a plan for Pardons.

Expect some concurrent charges to come from multiple states when Mueller is ready to drop the hammer on Flynn.

There is the chance that he is cooperating. I’ll explain that later on.

DeVOS COULD RESIGN SOON

Might not be an indictment, but at least it could get her out of office and prevent some of the damage she could cause. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, a member of the Prince family and brother of Erik of Blackwater fame, is reportedly looking for a way out of her cabinet position.

Supposedly, she’s pissed at having to perform her job, is not liked in the Department of Education at all, can’t play politics, and doesn’t like the fact that she’s not treated like a queen.

I still fully expect her to end up under indictment at some point. Remember the Alfa Bank/Trump Tower server connection? They were incorporated with a third sever, located at Heritage Health, owned by Betsy’s family. The hypothesis goes that after the Russians hacked the voter rolls from various locations, they transmitted these databases to Trump Tower, which then connected to Heritage Health. There, using access to national health care databases to verify identities, they would modify the data, like changing addresses, or middle initials, or change the zip codes of registered Democrats and Independents in strategic locations. Then, that info was transmitted back to Trump Tower, where it was then handed off back to Alfa Bank. From there, the hackers could upload the new data, overwriting the old with little to no notion that they were ever there.

RUSSIA SCREWING WITH SCOTLAND SECESSION VOTE

Russia is trying to screw with the Scotland Independence vote. At this point, I can’t say I’m even the slightest bit surprised.

TRUMP JR. OFFERED TO RELAX, EVEN RESCIND MAGNITSKY ACT IN JUNE 9 MEETING

Trump Jr. offered to “review” the Magnitsky Act if his dad were elected President, according to Natalia Veselnitskaya.

I’m not sure what’s more fucked up. That this conversation took place, that Diaper Donnie was dumb enough to release the email evidence to the world, that I’m willing to believe the Russian Lawyer/KGB/FSB Agent, or that the Russian Lawyer and Spy has built a better reputation during this story than the namesake of the fucking President, or that this isn’t even the biggest story of the day.

AIRPLANE LICENSE TRUST THROUGH BANK OF UTAH ALLOWS OLIGARCHS TO OWN AMERICAN LUXURY AIRPLANES

Another gem from the Paradise Papers. Leonid Mikhelson owns a plane in the United States, even though he’s under sanctions, and not allowed to enter the U.S., let alone have a pilots license. Thanks to the Bank of Utah setting up a trust, he was able to purchase a luxury jet.

OTHER STORIES: ANOTHER MASS SHOOTING, TRUMP IN ASIA, POTENTIAL WAR IN THE MIDDLE EAST, AND HOT TAKES FROM THE RUMOR MILL

There was another mass shooting over the weekend, this time in a Texas church. I’d make the joke about “thoughts and prayers”, but it’s very low hanging. Of course it’s in bad taste, but when has bad taste ever stopped me from telling a joke?

A ballistic missile was fired at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia over the weekend, and the Saudi’s are blaming Hezbollah. They’re trying to start a war with Lebanon. This is also a week after Jared Kushner visited Saudi Arabia, and several government members that have pushed for more democratic reforms were either arrested or expelled from the country. I’m not sure if a shooting war will break out, or if Russia will swoop in at the last minute to fill in as “peacekeepers” but I expect something bad

There has been a lot of arguing on the Rumor Mill the last couple days about Mike Flynn. I didn’t want to include this in the main section about him, since this hasn’t been corroborated by the Main Stream Media, but several Twitter accounts like Claude, Louise, John Schindler, Eric Garland, and Countercheckist, all agree that Flynn is about to be publicly indicted. They’ve mostly agreed to the existence of sealed indictments for months, and they also agree that at some point, Flynn was cooperating with Mueller on a deal to spare his son’s life.

This is where the consensus splits. Mike Flynn, Jr., is an asshole, and won’t keep his mouth shut. He’s still tweeting out Russian propaganda, and has even gone after the Special Counselor. This may have caused the deal with Mike Flynn, Sr. to fall apart.

Louise and Claude are still sticking with their original story that Flynn has flipped, and that the deal is still on the table. Someone else, I believe John, said that Mueller pulled the deal a month or two ago after several warnings. Yet another member claimed that the deal was pulled, but then re-extended recently.

If I had to guess, I’d say that the third is pretty likely. Mike Flynn has been very quiet, aside from one press conference announcing his legal fund. Even if he flipped, he’d still need a lawyer, and they get expensive quick.

By the way, Countercheckist did another one his FEATHERS tweets, saying that “FEATHERS13 is cleared for takeoff, with thermonuclear payload.” Attached was a gif of a B-2 Stealth Bomber taking off. Last time he did one of these was a couple weeks ago on October 3rd, for FEATHERS11 and FEATHERS12. He retweeted it as the Manafort/Gates/Papadopoulos story broke. I think this is his way of being cute and saying something big is coming. I’m going to say he’s referring to Flynn as FEATHERS13. Taking him down would almost guarantee the end of Trump’s Presidency. Flynn can deliver everyone in the administration on a silver platter, and would force Trump to try to use his pardon power to get out of this, which could be even worse for Trump. Trump will try to fire Mueller at some point, but even that will backfire. Mueller has a deadman’s switch built into this whole operation.

The Washington Post has the Mayflower Hotel Tape, where Donald Trump explicitly asks Putin and the Russians for help.

The New York Times also has it. And NBC. And CBS. And ABC. And CNN.

Trump vs. Bernie

This is a story I’ve wanted to write for a while, but I’ve never gotten around to it, and since it’s going to take me some time to wrap my head around the Mike Flynn stories and the release of the Paradise Papers, or Panama Papers: The Sequel, I decided that I would write about Vladimir Putin’s Wet Dream.

Donald Trump vs. Bernie Sanders for President of the United States.

As I discussed way back in Horseshoe Theory, parts of the Left Wing refused to follow Hilary Clinton for any reason, and the damning emails released as part of the DNC hack, which many of them were faked, helped cement the narrative that the “fix was in.” These people would speak up during the many times that Trump did something stupid since he “won” the election, and proclaim, in the dankest of memes and most hipsterish voice possible, “Bernie would’ve won.”

No, he fucking wouldn’t.

He would’ve lost, and I doubt it would have been close. Hell, Trump might have even won the popular vote against Bernie Sanders.

Don’t get me wrong, I actually like Bernie and voted for him in the Democratic Primary, but in retrospect, if he had won the primary, it would’ve been ugly.

Why? If America wasn’t “ready” for a woman President, what about an Atheist Socialist Jew?

Let’s take a look at Bernie Sanders.

An Independent Senator from Vermont, he’s been in the Senate since 2007 after serving as their Representative in Congress from 1991. He’s a former Mayor of Burlington, Vermont, and has been a political outsider and champion of human rights most of his life. He protested for Civil Rights back in the 1960’s and was even arrested. He was there for Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “I Have A Dream” speech in Washington. The only time he was a member of the Democratic Party was when he ran for President in 2016 against Hilary Clinton.

THE NARRATIVE

The story that spread through the news like wildfire was that Bernie was kept from receiving the nomination for the Democratic Party because he wasn’t an insider, and that the system was rigged from the beginning to prevent him from winning, and had he ran, he would’ve beaten Donald Trump, and none of our problems would be taking place, because there would have been a “Blue Wave” through the Congress and Senate as well.

Let’s break that down, point by point.

First, Bernie is not, and for most of his life, was not a member of the Democratic Party. Unlike Clinton, he hadn’t spent the last 30 years raising money for them, or campaigning for them. So this part that he’s an outsider is true.

Second, that the system was rigged against him. If by that they mean, “he lost to Hilary by millions of votes” then yes, it was rigged.

Next, things get interesting. Let’s assume for a moment that Bernie had won the nomination, and he’s going up against Donald Trump, who rode a wave of racist, isolationist, populist voters to the nomination of the Republican Party.

It would have been a candidate in his 70’s, of questionable long term health, who had refused to release his tax records before the campaign started, and was elected by the fringe elements of one of the main parties in the United States, with some dubious ties to Russians…

Versus Donald Trump.

Yep. Bernie has his own skeletons, many of which mirror Trump. Bernie didn’t release his taxes, his wife is under investigation for fraud, he has historically not supported sanctions against Russia, and was elected by the fringes of the Left Wing, which, it turns out, was astroturfed by the Russians during the Primary, and even the General Election in 2016.

PUTIN’S WET DREAM

Why do I keep saying that? For anyone that forgets Junior High Health Class, a nocturnal emission, or wet dream, is when a person orgasms in their sleep, usually from a sexual fantasy. A good cure for it is jerking off. Although that does make this analogy fall apart, unless one considers his work screwing with Ukraine and Brexit as foreplay for the United States.

Anyway, Putin’s ultimate fantasy is to make himself the most powerful man in the world. He can’t do that with a strong United States aligned against him. What’s the fastest way to erode the standing of the United States?

Make it look like Democracy and Laws don’t work by staging an election with two extremes against each other, leaving the vast majority of people out of the conversation, and twist the argument further by stoking both sides against each other. This would create even further divisions in an already divisive situation.

RACISM AND RELIGION TAKE FRONT STAGE

So, go back to the point of “Bernie would’ve won.” Remember all of the crap that Hilary went through in the campaign? Every move of hers was examined through a looking glass, as though she couldn’t do anything right, meanwhile Trump committed so many blunders on the trail, yet still got a free pass from the media, giving him an air of legitimacy.

Ignoring the fact that she’s a woman, Hilary Clinton was the most qualified candidate for President in a very long time. She was an established lawyer, former First Lady, and the first First Lady to actually use her position as a political one. She was a Two-Term Senator from New York, ran for President once before, and was Secretary of State for 4 years. The only two nominees since the 1980’s who were more qualified were George H. W. Bush and Al Gore, and they were each Vice President for eight years.

Several dog whistles were made at Hilary because she was a woman. Everything from “Does she have the stamina” to the Nasty Woman comments, and that was from Trump during the debates! The vile online was hundreds of times worse.

So, imagine what the reaction from the Alt-Right and Neo-Nazis would have been to an Atheist Jew from New England. Think they would’ve treated him with kid gloves?

Hell no.

And the media wouldn’t have given him a fair shake, either. Atheists are historically some of the least-trusted people, simply because they don’t believe in any god. Polls have gotten better over the years, but they’re still ranked lower on the general trustworthiness scale than pedophiles and terrorists. Apparently, people in the Bible Belt would rather their children be left with a child molester that believes in their god than with someone who is neither religious nor touches kids inappropriately.

A lot of this came around during Barack Obama’s run with talk that he was somehow both a Muslim (a member of a religion) and an Atheist (a non-religious person).

Bernie would have been dragged through the mud for being a Jew (a person with Jewish ancestors) and an Atheist.

WHY TALK ABOUT THIS NOW?

This past week, there was a concerted effort to bring up the DNC story, and try to have that take center stage to deflect from the negative stories coming out, and that it would distract the public from the other DNC story that came out Friday. I covered this a little bit in Daily Check-In 11/3/2017. What I didn’t cover were some of the reactions on Twitter. I wasn’t on Twitter that much last year, and the few times I did use it, I wasn’t following former spies, journalists, and politicians.

The spies don’t like Bernie. Not one bit. They’ve seen more than a few people connected to his team that were connected to Trump’s actions, and they report that there were more than a few communications between known Russian agents and Bernie’s team. One of the more damning things that they point to was that Bernie and some of his closest surrogates were pushing the DNC Mail story the day before Wikileaks released the mails. I think that there could be a better explanation for all of this, but then again, I try to find the simplest explanation all of the time, and “The Russians Did It” only works when it is the best answer to fit the evidence.

Then again, I’m reminded of how much Russia played both sides of every argument in the last couple years. They would organize events for both sides of a divisive issue at the same time, and many of the people who pushed Pro-Bernie propaganda would join the Trump Train.

This is like the Panama Papers, but also directly implicates Wilbur Ross in a deal where he owns a substantial stake of a shipping company with Putin’s son-in-law. Also, the Paradise Papers show that Yuri Milner, a friend of Jared Kushner, was possibly a go-between for the Russian Government and investments in Twitter of $191 Million and of $1 Billion in Facebook.
