Thanksgiving weekend is here. It’s been a long year, and a lot has changed since this time last year. I’ll cover all of that at the end of the year.

This is a check-in for November 23 to 26, 2017. There are a few stories that came in, along with a blockbuster or two that deserve their own posts.

FLYNN LAWYERS NO LONGER COMMUNICATING WITH TRUMP LEGAL TEAM

I’m going to go into more detail on this in my next post, but this is massive. If Flynn’s lawyers told Trump’s lawyers that they can no longer share information on Mueller’s case, there’s a very good chance that they’re no longer on the same side.

TRUMP APPEARS IN PANAMA PAPERS AS EARLY AS 1991

A company named Process Consultants, from Panama, purchased a condo in Trump Tower in 1991. A couple years later, they flipped the condo for $335,000.

I’m not saying that a company that hides the identity of its owners, based in a known money laundering haven, that sells an anonymous share of a condo quickly for a profit far above market value is absolutely proof of money laundering, but it sure smells fishy.

MANAFORT TIES TO KREMLIN GREATER THAN ORIGINALLY THOUGHT

Paul Manafort traveled to Moscow an average of once per month since early 2014. Combine that with the news that Russians knew about Trump’s desire to run for President as far back as November 2013, these trips look a lot more insidious.

This article goes into great detail about the mission Israel Intelligence undertook to infiltrate ISIS, and how Trump told the Russians about everything.

NRA INFILTRATED BY RUSSIAN AGENTS

Take this news with a grain of salt, since I don’t exactly trust Daily Caller, but the story does fit with some previous stories I’ve talked about concerning the National Rifle Association.

KONSTANTIN RYKOV, RUSSIAN PROPAGANDIST, DOCUMENTED TRUMP-RUSSIA COLLUSION ON SOCIAL MEDIA IN REAL TIME

Here’s a Twitter thread about a Russian propagandist and Kremlin Insider who put all of his interactions with Donald Trump online, from November 2013 through the election. Included in the thread is the Moscow Miss Universe pageant in 2013, and how they knew about Trump’s desires to run for President 18 months before he officially launched his campaign.

Oh, he also negotiated to open a tower in Moscow in the same phone call with Putin. That deal fell through due to Putin and his bank getting hit with sanctions from the Magnitsky Act.

FCC UNVEILS PLAN TO KILL NET NEUTRALITY

It’s war time, fuckers. Net Neutrality is possibly the most important free speech protection of the 21st century.

Short version: Net Neutrality keeps the Internet for Americans free. It keeps us from being China, or Russia, or North Korea. It keeps the ISP monopolies from deciding what news you read, what games you play, what porn you jerk off to, and what movies you watch.

And Trump wants to take that freedom away.

This is crazy. I’d put serious money down that he talks to Putin more than his son Barron.

TRUMP ENDORSES ROY MOORE

Remember when I asked “How could he fuck this up?”

Well, I guessed right. He publicly endorsed Roy Moore.

This, of course caused an uproar on social media. Especially amongst the resistance and patriots, who have been following the many accusations against Donald Trump, including the Jane Doe lawsuit.

Roy Moore first noticed his wife at a dance recital when she was 15 or 16 years old. He was at a dance recital, by himself, as a 30 year old.

A retired cop said they had to keep an eye on him around parks and ballgames. They also had to protect the cheerleaders from him.

The Sheldon Cooper of Treason met with Hungarian Officials while representing Trump.

Hungary has developed very close relations to Putin’s regime.

The Hungarians pointed out how bad Carter was in this meeting.

DANA ROHRABACHER BACHER HAD A CODE NAME, FBI WANTS TO MEET HIM ABOUT ASSANGE MEETING

Dana Rohrabacher was so influential to the Russian efforts in Washington, their intelligence service gave him a code name. I’m still trying to track it down, but “Dipshit Surfer” fits.

By the way, the FBI wants to ask him a few questions about his meeting with Julian Assange.

KUSHNER AND ISRAEL

Here’s a Twitter thread from Attorney Renato Mariotti about the seriousness of the newest accusations against Jared Kushner.

WHITE HOUSE POOLING LEGAL DEFENSE FUNDS

Lost in this story about the Trump Campaign no longer paying for Donnie Jr’s legal funds is this tidbit about a legal fund being set up and pooled together.

This could cause some serious conflicts of interest. Let’s say a staffer has to use the fund to pay for an attorney, but Trump puts conditions on it. What’s the staffer to do if those conditions put them between a rock and a hard place?

Monday, a day for idiots.

DONNIE JR. MET WITH ALEXANDER TORSHIN AT NRA EVENT IN MAY 2016, AROUND SAME TIME JARED TRIED TO SET UP A BACKCHANNEL WITH HIM

Donald Trump, Jr. met with Alexander Torshin, a senior Russian Banker with ties to Organized Crime and the Russian Government, at an NRA event in May 2016.  This was after Torshin approached members of the campaign as an emissary of the Russian government, and after Jared Kushner proposed his own backchannel meeting with Russia, but weeks before the June 9 Trump Tower Meeting.

I’m losing track of all of the Russian contacts that the Trump children had when they were working with the campaign.  They had more contact with Russians than the Germans did in Leningrad.

Did they put an ad in the Moscow version of Backpage.com looking for “Russians willing to help my daddy win the presidency?”

 

FOX NEWS PREVENTED REPORTER FROM COVERING RUSSIAN CONNECTIONS

Interesting things happen when investigating sexual harassment charges in court.  Jessica Gollohor, a former Fox News correspondent, testified today in the UK that she was told by her bosses at Fox that she wasn’t allowed to investigate Trump’s connections with Russia, even if she paid her own way.

Fox hasn’t just avoided looking into the largest story of this generation, they’ve worked with the White House to distract from it.  Trump isn’t in the White House with Fox News spreading propaganda.

 

McMASTER REPORTEDLY CALLS TRUMP AN IDIOT, RIGHT WING TROLLS PUSH FOR FIRING, SIMILAR TO EVENTS FROM AUGUST

This is another weird one. Supposedly, National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster called Trump an idiot at a private function.

It’s not weird that he’d say that, but out of character that he’d do that in public.  McMaster has been one of the “calming” voices in the White House, and doesn’t suffer fools.

After this story broke, Natasha Bertrand reposted this story from August.  He’s been a target of the far right for a while, so it surprise me at all to see a bunch of trolls come out and push a bunch of #FireMcMaster trends.

 

TRUMP CALLS NORTH KOREA A TERROR STATE

Trump called North Korea a terror state today.  I’d say this was something other than a distraction if I honestly thought so, but I don’t.  I don’t put it past Trump to try to start World War III to avoid jail time.

Trump Thanksgiving Week Vacation.

Roman Abramovich, owner of many things Russian and Chelsea Football Club in the Premiere League, docked his $400 million yacht off the coast of Florida this past weekend.  Not more than a mile away, Robert Mercer parked his $75 million yacht.

 

BILL BROWDER ACCUSED OF MURDERS IN RUSSIA AFTER HE WAS BANNED FROM COUNTRY

It’s pretty obvious at this point that Vladimir Putin hates Bill Browder, but his latest attempt to discredit him is actually funny.

So, Bill was kicked out of Russia in 2005, after being a pain in the ass for the Oligarchs. He hasn’t been allowed in Russia since then, and if he does show up, he’ll be set up for a show trial, then sent to a prison where he’ll be tortured to death.  There are dozens of trumped up charges against him citing fraud, corruption, and several other white collar crimes.

Now, Putin’s trying to pin some unsolved murders on him.  Not just any murders, but ones performed by the Russian Mafia against whistleblowers and corrupt officials.

These murders took place from 2006 to 2008, a few years AFTER he was kicked out of Russia and robbed of several hundred million dollars.

 

TURKEY INVESTIGATES PREET BHARA, OTHER US ATTORNEYS

Turkey doesn’t like Preet. They’ve started an investigation into him on some corruption charges after he prosecuted a Turkish National for money laundering.

That national is reportedly cooperating with Robert Mueller in the Trump Investigation, and can deliver Mike Flynn’s head on a silver plate.

But, congratulations to Preet Bhara, on being investigated in Turkey for corruption charges.  At this point, it’s a badge of honor to speak out against a tyrant like Erdogan.  Considering he’s already banned from Russia, and likely Turkey, he might have to settle for Disney World for vacation.

 

TRUMP’S FIRST MOSCOW VISIT

Here’s a piece from Politico about Trump’s first trip to Moscow in 1987.

During the Cold War.

There’s a lot of juicy pieces in this story, but the short version is he had some help, likely unwittingly at first, from the KGB.  They wouldn’t have signed off on just any American celebrity coming to visit.

 

TRUMP TO SHUT DOWN CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION.

Trump is trying to shut down his charitable organization. This is the same organization that has been under investigation for over a year for several acts of self-dealing and alleged fraud.  They can’t officially shut down until after the New York State Attorney General is done with his investigation.  Considering that Attorney General Schneiderman is working closely with Mueller’s team on some pardon-proof charges, I don’t think that’ll happen soon.

 

WRAP-UP

That’s it for today.  I’m not sure how this week is going to go.  It’s a short week with a holiday, so traditionally nothing happens.  That said, we’ll probably get something big dropped on Friday in an attempt to bury the lede.

There’s been talk for the last month that Flynn has flipped, or there’s at least an offer on the table, but he has to act soon.  If he doesn’t, him and his son are in for a bad time.

Another piece of info I’m following up on involves Indictment (A) and Indictment (B) on Manafort and Gates.  Maybe I read something wrong, but those two were supposedly arrested on charges in Indictment (B), and Indictment (A) is still sealed.  That raises several questions about what could be in (A), and if this is the practice for everyone at this stage.  Think about it, Mueller has to deal with the chance of everyone being pardoned, and having to take this fight to overturn those to the Supreme Court.  While that fight is going on, these people will flee the country and go to ground to avoid justice. However, if everyone has a Non-Russia related indictment, it makes it hard for Trump to pardon them for those crimes without it coming off as an abuse of power, which is another series of crimes.  So, everyone gets arrested under their Indictment (B)’s, and once Trump is effectively neutered, and the investigation is getting closer to the end, the (A)’s drop. The Indictment (A) series is the Russia related stuff, where some of the capital crimes are located, like espionage and conspiracy to commit treason.  Yes, I used the T word.  We’re going to have to get used to it over the next few months.

Mueller subpoenaed Trump Team for Russia-Related Documents

This story just came across the wire, but this is big.

Mueller subpoenaed the Trump Team for any documents related to their contacts with Russians during the 2016 election.

I know I’ve talked about this before, or at least it sounds like it, but this is a little different.

First, it’s proof that a subpoena has been issued against people currently in the White House.

Second, Mueller feels like they’re not getting everything. Before now, the campaign team has been voluntarily sharing information, but if they’re getting subpoenaed, it’s bad. Subpoenas are used for two reasons by prosecutors. They gain new information, and they show what is being withheld.

Finally, look at the timing. Mid-October. Before the Manafort arrest, but after George Papadopoulos pleading guilty to lying to the FBI.

What I think happened was that George provided them with a ton of information, and when they realized that Trump was holding out, they issued this subpoena.

Kushner Received Wikileaks Mails

Speaking of subpoenas, the Senate Judiciary Committee gave one to Jared Kushner.

Why?

Because Jared didn’t share his emails about Wikileaks with them.

How do they know about those mails? Not only were they mentioned in the news, but they have copies of those mails from other people. They have copies that Jared sent to others, and from other people sent to Jared.

He’s not that good at this, is he?

Chuck Johnson, The Go-Between

Chuck Johnson is a name we’ll hear a lot more going forward. He was the go-between for Julian Assange and Roger Stone. He arranged a meeting between Assange and Dana Rohrbacher to discuss a possible pardon.

And Chuck also worked on the campaign.

Trump Worth 1/10 of Stated Value

This isn’t such a surprise given Trump’s personality and history, but after studying his revenue streams, Trump’s New York Business has been externally valued at far less than what Trump has claimed.

Hope Hicks, Jared Kushner to be Interviewed Soon

Two high level members of the White House are set to interview with Mueller’s team in the next week. Hope Hicks and Jared Kushner.

Prosecutors don’t ask questions without knowing the answers ahead of time. At this point, they are setting a trap for them, baiting them for a lie.

My guess is that Hope tells the truth, but Jared lies.

Flipping the Turk

This is worth checking out. One of the people in a December 2016 meeting with Mike Flynn and Turkish Representatives was indicted several weeks ago in Southern District New York.

Earlier this week, that man was released on his own recognizance. It could be nothing, but the Rumor Mill is buzzing about this. This could be a cooperating witness against Flynn, Rudy, and a few others.

Wait and see.

Senator Al Franken Accused of Inappropriate Sexual Behavior

Al Franken was accused of sexual assault and harassment while on a USO tour in 2006.

Short version: one of his comedy sketch ideas involved a kiss, and there was a photo of him “groping” a woman while sleeping.
