The Justice League

ROBERT MUELLER’S JUSTICE LEAGUE

When Robert Mueller was appointed the Special Counselor for the Russia Investigation by the Deputy Attorney General back in May 2017, one of the first things that he did was assemble a team to help him with the day to day activities.  Not only would these team members do the heavy lifting in the courtroom, but their expertise would shape the investigation.  These hires also tell us who and what they know.

What do we know about this team?

They are some of the best prosecutors in the world, specializing in everything from white-collar crimes to cybersecurity to terrorism.  Many of them gave up 6, 7, possibly 8 figure salaries and partnerships to work on the Russian Investigation at base government pay.

What does this mean?

This means that there is more than enough evidence to convince some of the greatest lawyers on Earth to leave their private practices representing the wealthiest clients in the world to take part in the largest case in history.  At the least, they will take part in the prosecution of the President of the United States.  At the most, their roles will be pivotal in securing the fate of Democracy as we know it.

Who’s on the team, and what do they do?

Robert Mueller, Special Counselor

Former FBI Director, Mueller took over the position one week before the 9/11 terror attacks.  He became the longest serving FBI Director since J. Edgar Hoover.  After his time there, he became a partner at WilmerHale law firm in Washington, D.C.

James Quarles, member of the Watergate Special Prosecution Force

James Quarles was a young man in the 1970’s, but already a skilled lawyer.  He served as an Assistant Special Prosecutor in the Watergate scandal.

Andrew Weissmann, Fraud and Corruption

Weissmann headed up the Enron Task Force between 2002 and 2005.  Before that he was a federal prosecutor in New York.  He took down Enron Chariman Kenneth Lay, CEO Jeffery Skilling, and members and bosses in the Genovese, Colombo, and Gambino crime families.

Greg Andres, White-Collar Crimes

Andres brings foreign bribery experience to the team.  He took down an $8 Billion Ponzi scheme in Texas.

Andrew D. Goldstein, Assistant US Attorney from Southern District New York

Goldstein worked for Preet Bharara in SDNY where he led the public corruption unit.  He has experience in money laundering, fraud, and corruption cases.  Before his boss was fired by Donald Trump, Goldstein and Preet were supposedly working on a RICO case against the Trump Organization.  Rumor has it that he took the evidence against Trump with him down to Washington.

Elizabeth Prelogar, The Russian Expert

Prelogar is fluent in Russian, and clerked for Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Elena Kagan.

Rush Atkinson, Criminal Fraud

Atkinson is a prosecutor in the Criminal Division Securities & Financial Fraud Unit.  He took down a mother and son team that orchestrated a $16 million medicare fraud scheme.

Aaron Zebley, former Chief of Staff to FBI Director Mueller

Zebley has expertise in Counterterrorism and National Security cases.  He was prosecuting Al Qaeda before prosecuting Al Qaeda was cool.  In recent years at WilmerHale, he focused on Cybersecurity cases.

Michael Dreeben, Supreme Court Expert

Less than 10 attorneys in history have argued more than 100 cases before the United States Supreme Court.  Michael Dreeben is one of them.

Adam Jed, Civil Appeals Expert

Jed is an appellate lawyer in the civil division, not the criminal division.  This implies that they’re preparing for civil cases, and expecting them them to challenged on appeal.  His most famous case is United States v. Windsor, where he helped overturn the Defense of Marriage Act and brought about the legalization of gay marriage across the land.

Aaron Zelinsky, U.S. Attorney from Maryland

Zelinsky has worked for Rod Rosenstein, and was a hostage negotiator in the State Department under President Obama.

Kyle Freeny, Money Laundering and Asset Recovery

Freeny just wrapped up work on the “Wolf of Wall Street” money laundering case when she got the call to join the Mueller team.

Zainab Ahmad, Counterterrorism and Witness Flipping

Ahmad has singlehandedly crippled Al Qaeda in the United States.  She has more convictions against terrorists in the United States than anyone else.  How?  She’s THE expert in flipping witnesses. If she can flip hardened terrorists against each other, what chance does a member of the Trump Family have against her?

Jeanie Rhee, former Deputy Assistant Attorney General

Rhee has two years of DOJ experience, and worked with Robert teller at WilmerHale.  She represented the Clinton Foundation in a racketeering lawsuit in 2015.

Brandon Van Grack, National Security Division Prosecutor

Van Grack is an expert in espionage, national security, and International Crime cases.

Ryan Dickey, Cybercrime Expert

Ryan K. Dickey is a United States Attorney who specializes in cyber crimes. He was the prosecutor who convicted the original Guccifer, and is the man behind the shutdown of MegaUpload. He is one of the best attorneys in the world for prosecuting computer crimes.

Scott Meisler, Appellate Lawyer

Scott has represented the government in appeals involving search warrants, seizures, motions to suppress wiretap evidence, mail fraud, wire fraud, as well as structuring financial transactions and money laundering.  In other words, he knows how to “defend the technicalities.”

Brian Richardson, The New Guy

Richardson clerked for Supreme Court Justice Steven Breyer in October 2016 before joining the Mueller team in July 2017.  He’s also worked in multiple district courts.

Heather Alpino, Counterintelligence and Export Control

Alpino is a Harvard Law graduate who has worked on cases against Iranian hackers, a British National and American who tried to get chemical weapons equipment into Syria, and prosecuted Hamza Kolsuz for trying to illegally export guns to Turkey.

Jonathan Kravis, Corruption

Kravis has experience in prosecuting public corruption cases.  He helped take down former Congressman Chaka Fattah and DEA Agent Artemis Papadakis.

Uzo Asonye, Fraud and Financial Crimes

Asonye is the Deputy Chief of the Financial Crimes and Public Corruption Unit in Eastern District Virginia.

Kathryn Rakoczy, Street Crime

Rakoczy has spent most of the last decade specializing in misdemeanors and violent crime in Washington, D.C.

Deborah Curtis, Counterespionage

Curtis has worked on many cases of espionage, including busting Chinese companies trying to get around North Korean sanctions, nailing an American scientist spying for the Israelis, prosecuting former State Department contractor Stephen Jin-Woo Kim for leaking classified intelligence to an Fox News reporter, and Chelsea Manning.

What can we infer?

We have multiple experts in money laundering, fraud, bribery, mafia crimes, cyber crimes, espionage, counterterrorism, asset recovery, witness flipping, international crimes, and Russian culture.  By the way, they also have one of the few people alive that prosecuted a White House for criminal charges.

Mueller is not fucking around.

So far, we’ve got two arrests on white-collar crimes, and two convictions on plea deals for lying to the FBI regarding contacts with Russians.  Plus, there’s a ton of stuff still under seal.

Without hyperbole, this is one of the greatest collection of lawyers ever pulled together.  They’ve been working on this case since May 2017, and the investigation began a year before that.  Any one of these prosecutors coming after a person would cause sleepless nights and panic inducing anxiety.  All of them coming after a person would cause them to seriously contemplate suicide.

They are not fucking around.  People are going to jail, or worse.

Thanks to Reddit user PoppinKREAM and this post for making this post a lot easier to put together.

Daily Check-In 01/31/2018

Holy shit, it’s only Wednesday!

DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE GAVE MUELLER DOCUMENTS ON THWARTED SESSIONS RESIGNATION FROM LAST JUNE

Back in November, the Department of Justice gave the Special Counselor’s Office documents regarding the attempted resignation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Back befor Mueller was named the Special Counselor, Jeff Sessions had to recuse himself from any investigations regarding Russia, due to being a member of the Foreign Relations Committee on the Trump Campaign.  He can’t oversee an investigation where he might be investigating himself.

Fast forward a couple months, and Mueller is named the Special Counselor.  Trump had a shitfit, and the Keebler Nazi offered to resign.  This went back and forth until June, when Trump ultimately did not accept the resignation.  That didn’t stop him from publicly blaming Jeff for everything that had gone wrong, and if he’d known that Jeff would recuse, he never would have named him as Attorney General.

This resignation was an end-around method of firing Mueller.  Because Sessions was recused, he had no say over what Rod Rosenstein could order Robert Mueller to do.  But, if Sessions wasn’t in that position, the replacement could then order the investigation to end.

These events took place in the Spring and Summer of 2017, and Mueller received the documents in November 2017.  They’ve had two months to study them, and news is just coming out about them.

Trump is fucked, yo.

MUELLER SEEKS INTERVIEW WITH CORALLO

In more Trump is Fucked news, Mueller wants to meet with Mark Corallo, former spokesman for Trump’s Legal Team.

Mark resigned from the team last Summer, following the Donnie Jr. Statement about the Russians that Trump authored and told his son to publish.

From the book “Fire and Fury”

“Corallo, seeing no good outcome — and privately confiding that he believed the meeting on Air Force One represented a likely obstruction of justice — quit,” Michael Wolff reports in his explosive new book “Fire and Fury.”

People are asking “Why now?  Why not earlier?”  Here’s why I think it’s just going down now…

Mark is a lawyer, and was one of Trump’s lawyers.  As much as Bobby can tell people to show up for questioning, they need a damn good reason first.  Doubly so if the person is a lawyer, and double that if they want to ask a lawyer for the President what he saw.  This is a legal hand grenade they’re holding, and if it isn’t handled just right, it could go off in their face.

My guess is they likely will speak to him, voluntarily, and will get some pushback from the White House about executive privilege, or attorney-client privilege, which will be shot down since he was no longer their attorney when they were committing what he felt was a crime.

TRUMP ASKED ROSENSTEIN IF HE WAS ‘ON MY TEAM’

Nothing like asking for loyalty when hiring senior members of the Justice Department.

Trump wanted to know where the special counsel’s Russia investigation was heading. And he wanted to know whether Rosenstein was “on my team.”

Rosenstein’s meeting with the President came as Rosenstein prepared to testify before the House Judiciary Committee. Trump appeared focused on Rosenstein’s testimony, according to a source briefed on the matter, and he brought it up with the deputy attorney general.

As a further sign of the President’s focus on Rosenstein’s testimony, one of the sources said Trump also had suggested questions to members of Congress that they could ask Rosenstein.

The shit is flying fast and furious now.

THE NUNES MEMO IS, AT BEST, A PR CLUSTERFUCK

Here’s what we know so far…

January 31, 2018

FBI Statement on HPSCI Memo

The FBI takes seriously its obligations to the FISA Court and its compliance with procedures overseen by career professionals in the Department of Justice and the FBI. We are committed to working with the appropriate oversight entities to ensure the continuing integrity of the FISA process.

With regard to the House Intelligence Committee’s memorandum, the FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it. As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy.

Material omissions of fact.  Fuck.  That’s a very polite way of calling Nunes a lying son of a bitch by use of cherry picking.

STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS REVIEW

Here are some takeaways from what was, and likely will be, Trump’s only State of the Union Address…

Trump took credit for Obama’s accomplishments.

Trump asked Congress to end the rule of law by asking for permission to fire career government officials who aren’t working for the “good of the country.”

“Whoever translated it for him from Russian did a good job.”

The scariest part isn’t the crazy stuff Trump says or does, but how servile the Republicans have become.

SPYCRAFT 101:  DON’T BLOW YOUR COVER

John Schindler has a great write-up of how Trump’s inactions on implementing sanctions show that he is without a doubt a Russian Asset.

TREY GOWDY NOT RUNNING FOR RE-ELECTION

Trey Gowdy is not seeking re-election to represent a very safe district in South Carolina.

For a while, he was the only member of Congress that was more of a shill for Trump than Nunes.  However, he’s deciding to go “back to Justice.”  There’s a rumor that he’s angling for a seat on the 4th District Appeals Court.

MATTIS WANTS CELL PHONES BANNED FROM PENTAGON

Secretary of Defense James Mattis wants to ban personal cell phones from the Pentagon, following recent security concerns.

Over the past weekend, it was discovered that soldiers using the Strava workout app were unintentionally sharing their locations, and the locations of secret military bases around the world. This, combined with likely unauthorized recordings in the White House by former staffers are pushing this forward.

TRAIN CARRYING GOP MEMBERS TO RETREAT IN WEST VIRGINIA CRASHES WITH TRUCK

The members of Congress were on their way to a retreat in West Virginia.

As of this writing, there is 1 fatality.

OP-ED:  WHY IS THE REPUBLICAN PARTY GASLIGHTING AMERICA?

Here’s an interesting opinion piece that might get lost in the shuffle, given everything else happening today.

TRUMP ADMIN SEEKS TO CUT RESEARCH INTO CLEAN ENERGY BY 72 PERCENT

In a “Fuck You” to the future, Trump wants to cut research into clean energy so that this country can focus on fossil fuels.

In other news, next week he plans to ban Spotify to prop up the phonograph industry.

STORMY DANIELS ON JIMMY KIMMEL

It’s a crazy ass world when a porn star denies writing a letter signed under their stage name, and they have more credibility than a lawyer representing the President.

I’m not sure how best to describe this, except, WTF?

RUMOR MILL:  GOWDY’S GOING TO PRISON

Regarding Trey Gowdy’s decision to not seek re-election, many of the voices in the Rumor Mill come to the same conclusion:

Trey Gowdy is going to prison.

Maybe not right away, but soon.  Gowdy, like Nunes, was part of the Trump Transition Team.  You know, the one that Mike Flynn was a part of and flipped on.  What are the odds that Flynn gave Mueller the dirt on everyone on the team?  I’d say those numbers are between 95% to 99.999999999999999999999999% likely.

Gowdy has also been caught receiving campaign contributions directly from Trump’s PAC on the day that the House Intelligence Committee began its work.

Gowdy isn’t the first, and won’t be the last high-profile Republican to get out while the getting’s good.  Especially as the shitstorm of leaks and information rains down from Justice over the Nunes Memo.

That’s it for today, so far.  As I’m writing this, it’s late afternoon, early evening, so something big will happen.  I’ll update when I can.

This day reminds me of an old clip from Dennis Miller Live, when he was talking about watching the O.J. Simpson car chase.  I’m paraphrasing here, but he said something like “I couldn’t help but watch.  Not just because I was transfixed at how weird this shit was, but I kept thinking ‘This is L.A..  This is the only place were we’ll get pulled from this to something even weirder, like a helicopter chase where the Queen of England is blowing Barney the Dinosaur.'”

That’s what this feels like.  I’m half expecting to hear a report about how Donald Trump got pegged by Her Royal Majesty with a 14″ black strap-on.

Now that I’ve put THAT image in your mind…

Thank you, and have a good one.

Daily Check-In 01/25/2018

TRUMP TRIED TO FIRE MUELLER BACK IN JUNE 2017.  NEW YORK TIMES SAT ON STORY FOR 7 MONTHS

Back in June, President Donald Trump tried to fire Special Counselor Robert Mueller.  The only thing that stopped him was White House Counsel and long time Trump lawyer Don McGahn threatening to quit.

This happened back on June 12, 2017.  The story wasn’t released until January 25, 2017.  The New York Times, mainly Maggie Haberman, sat on this story for 7 months.

I’m not surprised by this story in the slightest.  Back last summer, there was a concerted effort from the RWM to discredit Mueller for three goofy reasons.  Those were about Mueller hiring lawyers that donated to the Democratic Party, Mueller canceling his membership at a Trump golf course over an argument about fees, and that Mueller had just interviewed for the FBI Director job the day before he was appointed the Special Counselor.  These exact same reasons were repeated ad nauseum on Fox News back in June.  The Rumor Mill sounded the warning bell that Mark Kasowitz, Trump’s lawyer at the time, was doing some digging into Mueller, and that Trump was seriously considering firing Mueller.

I’m also not surprised that they actually tried to fire him back in June.  Trump knows he’s screwed if anyone looks into his past.

I’m also not surprised that Maggie sat on this story for 7 months.  She is an Access Journalist, and thrives off of her ability to get close to Donald Trump.  She can get him to say some stupid stuff on the record, but she also knows that if she goes too far, too fast, she’ll lose that access.

I’m also not surprised by the timing of this.  This is a big story, but it wasn’t the biggest of the day.  This was not the biggest story of the day.  This is a distraction.

What I do find surprising is the hero of this story is none other than Don McGahn.  The same Don McGahn that lobbied Jeff Sessions to not recuse himself, and wrote the rough draft of the Comey firing letter.  Suddenly, in June, he decides that firing Mueller is a step too far for him.

This story, combined with his cameo in the WaPo story from inside the Mueller interrogation room and that him and Bannon share the same lawyer, leads me to think that the rumors of McGahn flipping might be true.  Supposedly, this happened on McGahn’s second interview.  After he saw how screwed he was from the first interview, he decided to flip.

DUCTH INTELLIGENCE INFILTRATED RUSSIAN HACKER CELL COZY BEAR, SAW ATTACKS ON UNITED STATES IN REAL TIME.

This is massive. Like, NATO Article 5 massive.

Dutch Intelligence executed an Intel operation against Russia following the crash of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 over Ukraine.  It’s been long suspected in the IC that Russia via Russian Separatists shot down the flight as an attempt to discredit the new Ukrainian government after they voted out Yanokonovitch.  Remember, this flight took off from Amsterdam, and was filled with Dutch citizens.

The Dutch worked their way into Cozy Bear, one of Russia’s main hacking cells.

They were in their network.  They know where they’re at.

They were in their servers.  They know what they did.

They were in their security cameras.  They know what they look like.

While there, the Dutch saw, in real time, Russian hackers and spies attacking the United States in Cyberwarfare, directed primarily at affecting the 2016 Presidential Election.

The Dutch informed the U.S. via the FBI that the Russians were attacking us.  This was well before the Steele Dossier ever came to light.  And they weren’t the only foreign Intel agency that warned the United States.

However, the article also states that the Dutch have been very reluctant to share intel since Trump came to office.  Probably because they saw something, but also because the Trump Administration likely tipped off the Russians about the Dutch.

The Dutch were in this system from 2014 to late 2016, early 2017.  But something changed.  One day, they lost access, likely through a firewall change or a security scan.  This might not sound like a big deal, but this was a change in their behavior patterns.  Think about it like this…

People have a tendency to get complacent.  This is true in IT and hacking as well.  They’ll set up an ultra-secure, air-tight, white-listed infrastructure, and then… leave it alone for a long time, until an outside event forces a change.  That could be getting a new computer, the router explodes, moving to a new building, or responding to a new threat.

What likely happened is that someone in Team Trump, like Devin Nunes or Trey Gowdy, leaked this highly-classified information to someone who got it to the Russians.  The Russians were tipped off that their network was compromised, so they updated their firewall and put in new security measures.

I made this observation on Twitter, and Louise herself confirmed it.  That confirmation was then confirmed as being either Devin, or someone else like him.

DONNIE JR. JUDICIARY TRANSCRIPTS TO BE RELEASED SOON

Soon, we’ll get to read the transcripts of Donnie Jr.’s hearing.  We’ll get to count how many times he lied to the Senate.

Of course, Mueller’s team gets a copy of this first.  They’re interested in his lies as well.

THE COORDINATED GOP EFFORT TO DISCREDIT THE TRUMP-RUSSIA INVESTIGATION

The GOP has been screaming crazy stuff louder than normal recently.  It’s almost like they’re getting ready for some disastrous news that could take down the Trump Administration and anyone associated with them.

MUELLER FINISHING UP OBSTRUCTION INVESTIGATION

Maybe the GOP is worried about this?

If Mueller is making moves to set up an interview with Trump, then we’re at the point where near the end-game of this phase.  Interviewing the likely suspect is the last step before the hammer drops.

SAM BROWNBACK RESIGNS

Sam Brownback resigns as Governor of Kansas.

After destroying the Kansas economy in a Libertarian Wet Dream Experiment, he’s leaving his job to become an Ambassador at large for Religious Freedom.

Remember, Paul Ryan was his former staffer.  So this is the asshole we have to thank for that spineless shit.

RUMOR MILL – BRIGHT LIGHTS OF HOLLYWOOD

Something that I saw on Twitter Friday morning (yes, I’m writing this on Friday) was a nice long thread about how Hollywood is working on MANY Trump related products.  And none of them show him in a good light.  Nor his allies or his enablers.  And it’s not just one or two people or networks, but pretty much everyone.

This will be disastrous for the GOP.  Remember “All The President’s Men”?  I’ve never read the book or read the Bernstein/Woodward articles from Watergate, but I’ve seen that movie at least 40 times.  Every character in that movie has become immortalized, every trope cemented in lore and “Follow the Money” has become THE go-to instruction for uncovering corruption.

These projects are already in motion, and will be made until all of the stories are told.  And that could be a lifetime or two or ten.

In the last few months, two new movies dealing with Nixonian corruption were released to theaters, “Felt” and “The Post.”  “Felt” stars Liam Neeson as FBI Deputy Director Mark Felt, who was Bob Woodward’s source in Watergate that was nicknamed “Deep Throat.”  “The Post” is a movie about the Washington Post uncovering the Vietnam Papers.  It’s directed by Speilberg, starring Meryl Streep, Tom Hanks, and Bob Odenkirk.

There will be a metric fuckton of movies, plays, TV shows, and web series about Trump and his crimes.  They’ll cover everything and everyone.  Some will be serious, some won’t.  Some will be flattering, most won’t.

I’m looking forward to a Jordan Peele directed love story between Donald and Ivanka starring Kevin Hart as Donald Trump and Leslie Jones as Ivanka.

That’s it for today.  I really don’t want to go any weirder than that.  I could, easily.  But I’ll save that for another article.

This weekend might be a little sparse.  Not that news won’t happen today, but real life will be pretty busy.  I’ll write when I can.

Thank you, and have a good one.

NRA UNDER INVESTIGATION BY FBI FOR FUNNELING RUSSIAN MONEY INTO REPUBLICAN PARTY

Remember back in Daily Check-In 10/2/2017 when I said Fuck the NRA?

Or how about in  Holiday Weekend Check-In Thanksgiving 2017 when the Daily Caller, of all places, reported that Russians had infiltrated the NRA?

Well, consider this a confirmation post.  Allow me a moment to gloat…

I FUCKING CALLED IT!!

The FBI is investigating the National Rifle Association for their ties to Russian Oligarchs, and their use as a middle man for the Russians and the Republican Party.

Aleksander Torshin, a Russian Oligarch with very close ties to Putin and avid gun nut, reportedly worked with the NRA to help them funnel millions of dollars into the Republican Party.  Initial reported figures are about $55 million, but this doesn’t include the $15 million that didn’t need to be reported to the Federal Election Committee since they were spent on online advertisements.

55 + 15 = 70.  $70 million.  That’s a fuckton of money.

We already know that Torshin set up a meeting with Donnie Jr. at the May 2016 NRA convention.  And we know that Sheriff David Clarke was in Russia at the same time that Mike Flynn was meeting with Putin.

Here’s David Clarke sitting around a table with the NRA President, Aleksander Torshin, Pete Brownell (President of the NRA) and Dmitry Rogozin (Russian Deputy Prime Minister).

This photo came from RT.  Here’s another version with more people identified:

The NRA is now part of the Russian Investigation.

Why is this so big?

The NRA is the largest gun manufacturing lobby in America, and the largest single donor to the Republican Party for more than 40 years.  They’re set up so that part of their group can donate money without disclosing where it came from or where it’s going, which makes it perfect for laundering foreign money into campaigns.  Plus, there’s the emotional part.

A lot of Americans are members of the NRA.  Many gun clubs and gun ranges demand that all members join.  I used to be a member of the NRA because my family had a membership to a gun club when I was growing up, and the family rates were cheaper.  Americans love their guns, and many of them equate the NRA with the right to own guns.

There’s also a lot of Americans that see them for what they are; a borderline terrorist organization that stands directly in the way of enacting any semblance of common sense laws that would prevent the countless mass murders that only occur in America.

The NRA is one of those institutions in America that people looked up to.  They trust it, believe what they said, often against their better judgement.  But many people see through it.

According to Glenn Simpson of Fusion GPS, his research had found that Russia had infiltrated the NRA.  More on that later.

TRUMP PERSONALLY INSTRUCTED BANNON TO NOT ANSWER HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE QUESTIONS

This is going to end up biting Trump in the ass.

Supposedly, Trump had a lawyer talking to Bannon’s lawyer during the testimony a couple days ago, and they were coordinating on which questions Steve would answer.

This Busch League Bullshit might work for a very partisan House Committee that doesn’t want to find the truth, but it won’t work with the Special Counselor.

HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE VOTES TO RELEASE FUSION GPS TRANSCRIPTS

It’s about fucking time.

The House Intelligence Committee voted to release their transcripts from their interview with Fusion GPS.  This was a majority vote, though I don’t have the actual numbers.

There’s bound to be quite a bit of meat in this interview.  We’ve already seen reports about Russia’s attempts to infiltrate the NRA and other conservative groups, as well as the Kremlin Purge following the release of the Steele Dossier.

HERE IS THE TRANSCRIPT!

SEB GORKA HAS ARREST WARRANT FROM HUNGARY OPEN FOR HIM SINCE 2016

Everyone’s favorite Fake Doctor Nazi has an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Hungary.  It appears to be for a weapons charge, but no other details have come forward yet.  The warrant was issued in 2016.  Seb served in the White House in 2017.

I’ve talked at length about the SF-86, the security form used by the United States Government for granting a security clearance.  There’s a section where it asks if you have any warrants out for your arrest from any government body, including foreign countries.

If he said yes, then this could explain the rumors I’ve heard about him having his security clearance pulled.

If he said no, he committed perjury, and is looking at 2 years in prison.  If he said no and they caught him, that would also explain his lack of a security clearance.

SCL, PARENT COMPANY OF CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA, FILES RETROACTIVE FARA REGISTRATION FOR UAE, SAUDI WORK AGAINST QATAR

NBC reports that SCL, the parent company of Cambridge Analytica, filed a FARA registration for their work against Qatar.

SCL owns Cambridge Analytica, the data firm owned by the Mercer family that used micro targeting to precisely choose specific voters and groups to hit with propaganda, and also which voters to suppress.

They were working for the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia in a campaign to smear Qatar, accusing them of being a terrorist state.  They accepted $333,000 from the Saudi government for this work.

This filing is huge, and in almost any other universe would be the biggest story of the day.  This comes after Mueller’s interviews with Brad Pascale, after the FBI acquired their emails, and before Steve Bannon talks to Mueller voluntarily.  This is a retroactive filing, which is almost always done as a Cover Your Ass (CYA) move when a party expects to get hit with the Hammer of Justice.  This is often to mitigate other sentences, or reduce jail time to a fine.

Mueller is coming for them.  No quarter will be taken, and none given.

STORMY DANIELS:  TRUMP DIDN’T WEAR CONDOM, COMPARED HER TO IVANKA AFTER SEX

Remember when the President having an extra marital affair wasn’t the fourth biggest story of the day?  Or how about a quaint old time when there wasn’t even a hint of incest in the air?

I no longer try to guess what’s at the bottom of the barrel.  Between Trump, Russia, Porn Stars, Human Trafficking, China, and some accusations of pedophilia, I have no doubts to the sickness and depravity of these people.  Combine that with a vivid imagination and Trump’s ability to do the absolute worth thing possible, I’m half expecting the mole in the campaign to be Tiffany Trump, and her turning him in is her revenge for him raping her as a child.

So, when I hear that Stormy Daniels had sex with Donald Trump, I’m not surprised.  There was likely some money and/or favors involved.

When I hear that Donald asked Stormy to autograph his DVD copy of “3 Wishes”, I’m not surprised.  From what I hear it’s a good movie.

When I hear that she spanked him with a copy of Forbes Magazine, I’m not surprised.  There’s some psychological thing about him and money.  Either that, or it was the only thing lying around.

When I hear that he refused to wear a condom, I am once again not surprised.  Trump admitted to not wearing condoms during the 1980’s AIDS scare.  Plus, condoms don’t work that well on a micropenis.

When I hear that Trump told Stormy that she “reminded him of Ivanka” after they had sex, I wish I could say I’m surprised.  But I can’t.  Not even close to surprised.

Don’t get me wrong, comparing someone you just had sex with to your child is pretty fucking sick.  But I’m not surprised that Donald Trump would do this.  My level of surprise at this is like when you watch a video of a kid trying to do a complicated skateboard trick, and he falls and hurts himself.  You knew it was gonna happen, but you hold out hope that maybe, just maybe this won’t end in disaster.  Then the skateboard breaks and the kid smashes his nuts on the railing.

TRUMP LAWYER USED PSUEDONYMS, PRIVATE COMPANY TO PAY STORMY DANIELS

The Wall Street Journal reports that Michael Cohen, Trump’s personal lawyer, used a private company and a false name to pay the $130,000 settlement to Stormy Daniels to keep her silent during the election.

The company was named Essential Consultants, LLC.  This company was created on October 17, 2016, less than a month before the election.  The payment was made to Peggy Patterson.

Who’s Peggy Patterson?  Why that’s Stephanie Clifford, a.k.a. Stormy Daniels.

Last night on Rachel Maddow, one of the reporters working this story (I think Michael Rothfield) mentioned that Stormy had given him a rider sheet for the settlement that listed the names and abbreviations used in the settlement, and who they represented in this case.  There were blank spaces for the company name and lawyer name.

This reeks of a standardized form letter, which tells me that this was far from the first time that Trump’s team paid off a woman’s silence.

How many times have they pulled this shit?

That’s it for today.  This has been one hell of a day, and there’s no sign that tomorrow will be any different.  I forgot to mention that Corey L. testified yesterday before the HIC, and pulled the same shit that Bannon pulled.  I have a special hatred for him, but I’ll go into that at a later time.

There’s a lot going on, and I need to do a sanity check.  I think what I’ll try to do this weekend is update the Russian Hypothesis, and add in what’s changed, what I’ve learned, what has been confirmed, and what’s been rumored.  One of the problems with running this site is trying to keep track of everything, but at the same time, not sounding like a complete and total lunatic when describing what’s going on.  Sometimes I feel like I’m 2 minutes away from arguing for 12 foot tall Norsemen that live in a hole under the North Pole.  But then I see the shit that’s going on and remember how when I was a kid in elementary school, one day we were told the story of the Emperor’s New Clothes.  After going through the whole story, we got to the point where the kid pointed that he was naked, and all of the adults berated him.  I didn’t understand then why they were mad at a kid for telling the truth.  It helped build a healthy skepticism in me, and I’ve never been one to avoid calling bullshit when I see it.

Right now, we’re living through that story.  For the past couple years, the sycophants are telling Trump how great he is, how amazing he is, and how blessed we are to have him.  I’m still that kid pointing and saying he’s naked.  Now, I’m older, fatter, balder, uglier, and screaming “THAT LOOKS LIKE A PENIS, ONLY SMALLER!”

Thank you, and have a good one.
