Looks like a bad weekend for the NRA. Not only did they have a meeting where Trump spoke, but their soon-to-be-former president Oliver North threatened to go public with evidence that Wayne LaPierre was embezzling funds. At the same time, there’s yet another mass murder with an AR-15 and the state of New York opened an investigation into their tax exempt status.

That’s it for the last few days. I don’t know when I’ll get back to doing daily posts. It won’t be this week for certain. I’m supposed to spend this weekend cleaning out my parent’s old house. I sold it to one of those “We Buy Any House” companies. Looks like the way they work is some poor schmuck like me who wants to offload a condemnable raccoon trap sells them the house for what they need, then that company turns around and auctions the house off to a squad of general contractors that bid on the house. The winner gets the property after closing and does whatever they choose with it. The company makes their profit, and the schmuck walks away with just enough money to pay off the bank.
I’d like to write an in-depth piece about Trump and Narcissism. I’ve spent the last several weeks neck deep studying NPD, and how it affects everyone else. Without going into too many personal details, I’ve discovered that I was raised by a narcissist. It wasn’t pretty. Hell, by modern standards his behavior would be classified as child abuse. It sucks, and I’ve spent the last few weeks reliving a bunch of shit I buried long ago.
What this did do was force me to fight against a narcissist’s behavior. They are dastardly and evil, but their playbook is simple. I want to write about that playbook, how they use it, and how to beat it.
